We do a comprehensive research and valuation of farmouts, geologic, financial and legal due diligence and select the assets considering the possibility of concluding a transaction so as not to waste the investor's time by chasing the wrong opportunities and studying farmouts and projects which are either not economically efficient from the start or do not have any chance of successful transaction conclusions for legal and/or other reasons.
 
We have access to the centralized government and private geological databases for CIS and other countries and verify the integrity and accuracy of presented geologic, financial, legal and other insider information which may have a material impact on investor's decisions, asset valuations and possibility of transaction conclusions.
The international team collects source information by personal office and field visits and interviews of management and CEO's. The collected source financial reporting, market research, geological and other data is further used for valuation and analysis by our financial team and investors to determine the accurate current intrinsic and market values of assets and investment projects.
