Examples of completed litigations:

 

• Won major international corporate litigation cases where a minority 20% participatory interest holder in a Kazakhstani limited liability partnership (LLP) filed a lawsuit against a USA Corporation and a group of private USA investors for the compulsory buyout of 80% participatory interest of a US corporation and a group of private USA investors in the charter capital of the Kazakhstani LLP.  The LLP was a holder of a subsoil use contract for exploration and production of hydrocarbons (oil and gas) in Kazakhstan. ANAC legal team became committed to these corporate litigation civil cases representing the interests of USA corporate and private groups of investors.These corporate litigation disputes lasted for over five years with counter claims, lawsuits and related civil cases involving multiple parties and civil litigations in USA and Kazakhstani courts;
   

• Won civil case litigations of USA investors against international and local Kazakhstani corporate entities on invalid purchase and sale contracts and transactions, where ANAC represented the interests of USA investors. The court decisions satisfied the investors' claims acknowledging the contracts as illegal, awarding cancellation of illegal contracts and cancellation of illegal re-registration of shares with government registration authorities.  ANAC provides legal advice and representation in numerous international and local corporate litigations and disputes related to cancellation of illegal purchase and sale transactions.
