Jim Podruski
Petroleum Geologist
Jim Podruski brings more than 35 years of petroleum industry experience both as a technical consultant and as a chief executive of a private Canadian international exploration company. He has worked with compnaies of all sizes in North and South America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific regions, exploring and developing hydrocarbon prospects and development projects.
He has the broad regional geologic perspectives required to assess petroleum potential and to locate and grade individual prospects. This includes a sound background in basin analysis, tectonics and structural geology, crystalline and sedimentary petrology, field and subsurface mapping using multiple data sets.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada and a Master of Science from the University of Southern California, USA.
Eugene Pritsker

Eugene Pritsker has over 25 years of legal experience in insurance, litigation and dispute resolution, arbitration, intellectual property, public law and public international law. Eugene is heading the team of legal specialists in legislation analysis in natural resource (subsoil) usage law, environment protection, tax, customs law, corporate law, securities and corporate finance, private equity, franchising and distribution, trade law, transactional advice in acquisition and mergers, sale of shares, assets, consolidation, liquidation and other asset and entity restructurings, including but not limited to leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financing, commodity hedging, direct financial investment, cross-border restructurings and complicated merger transactions, joint ventures, divestitures, bankruptcy, insolvency and other restructurings.
Tatyana Dundukova

Tatyana was awarded the Degree of Master of Business Administration with merit by University of Liverpool, UK in 2015, Faculty of Humanities and Social Science.
Tatyana has over 20 years of work experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial management, financial modelling, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, tax management as well as procurement, inventory control, cost control and quality control in various international corporations within multi-cultural environment.
Tatyana actively participated in the corporate business processes establishments and improvements through implementing such enterprise assets management software as Ivara, Oracle, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), SAP, SRM (Supply Resource Management), as well as preparing polices, developing procedures and narrating scopes of processes. Besides, Tatyana was involved as a team leader in organizing effective training programs for staff and took advisory roles in opening and establishing new business entities.
Colin H. Ford
Petroleum Geologist
Colin Ford has nearly 40 years of broad international exploration experience, in a wide range of geological aspects of the oil industry. He graduated with an Honours degree in Geology and worked 12 years with Esso companies in SE Asia before continuing his career to the present-day as a consultant. He has worked in many petroleum provinces in a variety of roles: new ventures, acreage acquisition and asset management; exploration play and prospect generation; hands-on development and production geology; and operations geology, including field mapping in hostile environments, wellsite supervision and formation evaluation. He has extensive exploration and field development experience in SE and Central Asia, Turkey and, most recently, the western Indian Ocean/East Africa region. He is partner in a company which promotes to the international oil industry innovative technologies developed in Indonesia.
Natalya Vodopyanova

Natalya Vodopyanova has over 20 years of legal experience in criminal and civil case matters, international courts of arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution, public law and public international law. Boris Solomonovich Tsirelson

Co-Founder, Exploration Geologist & Seismic Stratigrapher
Boris Solomonovich Tsirelson had over 45 years of experience in exploration geology and seismic stratigraphy who was a co-discoverer of Kumkol oil & gas field in South Kazakhstan. He also worked at the Institute of Geological Sciences in Almaty, Kazakhstan, providing geologic & geophysical (G&G) valuation and geologic risk assessment of upstream oil and gas prospects, projects and fields in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Russia and other CIS countries. Boris provided reserve valuation and classification per reserve types and categories both under internationally recognized Western and CIS reserve classification standards. Boris was a Doctor of Science in Geology with a Dissertation on Tectonics and Oil and Gas bearing prospectivity of Syrdarya Depression (South Kazakhstan) and the author of 82 scientific publications and 38 geologic reports which were used by Western and local companies for better understanding of regional geology and investment decisions.
